eroare in joc la minecraft

Buna, sunt pe nou pe forum :D
Am o problema la minecraft cand ma joc, si mai exact.

Ma joc o bucata de timp dupa care mi se blocheaza o secunda, imi apare scris pe ercran "SAVING CHUNKS", dupa care imi scrie acest mesaj:

Nu e treaba de force update.AI placa video slaba sau..?
Ti se blocheaza o secunda si calculatorul incearca sa remedieze problema si isi foloseste toata memoria disponibila.(985mb foloseste minecraftul).Daca ajunge peste limita o sa iti deie out of memory.Incearca sa schimbi placa.Sau :-??
Mai dai F3 din cand in cand sa vezi cata memorie foloseste minecraftul.Scrie in dreapta sus.
