Sau poti folosi pluginul Factions, apoi declari zona ca fiind PeaceZone.

Selectezi zona cu WorldEdit, creezi regiunea cu /region define nume , apoi executi /region flag nume pvp deny
"nume" se inlocuieste cu numele regiunii.

Uite, ia pluginul asta: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/wo ... -fly-flag/ Apoi, faci un flag nou numit fly, apoi selectezi zona(Regiunea) unde nu vrei sa fie fly cu world edit si apoi scri asta: /region flag <regiunea> fly deny
