Am facut un test si am vazut ca in interiorul protectie nu pot spawna animale dar unde nu este protectiepot.Dar este ciudat ca nu ma lasa nici sunt protectia pe care am puso eu.

Probabil ca ai setat cu worldguard sa nu se mai spawneze animale si mobi

nu prea cred ca numai sub protectie nu poti pune animale,protectia este spongiu.Nu am pus protectie cu WorldGuard.Sunt sigur
