Nu tine faza cu /mangaddp %groupname% -essentials.ban si /mangaddp %groupnam% -bukkit.command.ban... tot pot sa banez...

In loc dd OP poti sa faci un rank intr-un minut cu permisiunea '*', si dupa aceea fie negi nodurile la grup sau folosesti disable.

Exact!Faci un grup OP2 (/mangadd OP2)
Ii adaugi toate permisiunile din essentials (/mangaddp OP2 essentials.*)
Ii stergi banul si ce mai vrei(/mangaddp OP2 -essentials.ban)

Mie mi se pare cam off-topic... Eu v-am intrebat daca exista un plugin sau o modalitatede a le interzice OP-IILOR sa faca ceva cum ar fi /ban si alte alea.... NU cum sa faci playerii sa nu aiba acces la anumite comenzi, ca stiu asta.
Ori imi reaspundeti la intrebare, ori "Nu stiu!" si dati T/C
